Mushroom Surprise Pie (So easy!)

Crust:
Chop Pecans, rosemary, and sea salt in the food processor (or blender) until a little sticky. You can press into a tie plate and brown in the oven for 10 min at 400 but it isn’t necessary.
Filling:
Sautee1 onion until soft. Add lots of garlic, 1-3 sprigs of fresh thyme, 1 portabello mushroom, and 3/4 pound of chanterelle mushrooms (or what you like in your pie) until soft. Put in the pie plate and saute lots of spinach to place over the mixture. Add mushroom slice or fresh herbs as garnish.
Vj and I like to surprise each other when we make food and put something on the bottom of our dish so that when we arrive to it, Surprise! An unexpected additional yummy treat. I sauteed the spinach separately so that I could obscure the amazing chanterelles below.
